Darrel has specialized in the marketing and sales of real estate investments and land development projects in Costa Rica since 1996. During this period he has built strong relationships with many local Costa Rican and North American entrepreneurs, developers, and professional service providers. His focus and vision has been devoted to assisting people interested in exploring the various Costa Rican lifestyle opportunities available through investment in real estate and income producing land development initiatives. Darrel holds a degree in business administration and has over twenty five years of management and marketing experience having worked extensively in corporate Canada before relocating to Costa Rica. Darrel is the President of the company and responsible for the overall development, guidance, and management of the company's marketing and sales team and the company's land development interests. In addition, Darrel is responsible for the communication and liaison between new and current investors, clients and funding entities involved with the company's development initiatives.

Luis is a third generation Costa Rican land developer whose understanding of the countries business culture has contributed to the successful development of a wide range of mixed use housing communities and tourism related resort and hotel projects in Costa Rica. He holds an MBA in Export Industry Development from NYU, USA and an MBA in General Management from Fidelitas University in Costa Rica. Luis has over twenty years experience in international business management, strategic planning, organizational set-up and marketing strategies in Latin America, Canada and the USA. Through his dedication to community development, Luis has also been instrumental in creating one of Costa Rica's largest housing construction companies; Gestores de la Vivienda S.A. The company designs and builds homes of all styles from high end resort villas and condos to lower cost models intended for the affordable housing needs of the country. Luis is responsible for the overall administration of the corporations' project management services platform including construction and sub-contractor services for all development projects undertaken on behalf of the company's investors and clients.
